Foliage Boutique Nursery is Namibia’s premier nursery with the most extensive and exotic collection of indoor plants in the country. I am passionately committed to curating the most unique, rare and collectors’ plants for my customers.
Although I have a wide selection of plants and international specialty suppliers, Foliage’s focus is on indoor tropical plants.
I personally care for each plant until the day they go to their new home 💚

why help us grow?
We are a small, owner managed boutique nursery; supplying only top quality, healthy and well-cared for plants.
Our product catalogue has detailed care information on each plant and I add basic care guidelines on all the labels. I will try and guide you as much as possible on the care of your new plant.
With this in mind, Foliage cannot accept responsibility for the health of your plant after they leave my care. Unfortunately, no refunds.
All customers are however welcome to contact me if they have concerns or questions and I will try and assist and much as possible to keep your plant alive and thriving.
Buy online, collect in Windhoek or courier nationwide
Please note that all orders must be collected within a week of purchase. Nationwide courier options are also available. A flat rate courier fee is charged - this includes packaging. This option is only available for towns outside of Windhoek. I pack and have the courier collect on Mondays. Deliveries are thus made Tuesdays.

Foliage understands the importance of your provided personal information (including your name, address, phone number, and any other information ), and will observe the "Act concerning Protection of Personal Information" along with this privacy policy to take the necessary steps to properly manage your information, and strive to protect it as well as continuously reviewing and improving our efforts. This privacy policy explains how we use any personal information we collect about you when you use this website.
What information do we collect about you:
We collect information about you when you register with us or place an order for products or services. We also collect information when you voluntarily complete customer surveys, provide feedback, subscribe to newsletter and contact us. Website usage information is collected using cookies.
The following information is collected upon placing an order with Foliage Boutique Nursery: first and last name, e-mail address, billing details, company information such as company name and tax number. We require this information to enter into a binding contract (which is a purchase our products), to issue invoices, credit memos and other legal documents. This information is stored for a legal reasons.
How to delete your personal data?
You have the right to delete your personal data. Please email to amorey@iway.na
After receiving your request for deletion of personal data, Foliage Namibia will confirm with you by email and inform you of its receipt of your message. Foliage will delete the related data to the greatest extent possible.
How will we use the information about you:
We collect information about you to process your order, manage your account, and, if you agree, to e-mail you about status of your order, status of your payment, delivery instructions, information about other products and services we think may be of interest to you.
Provision to Third Parties:
Our company, excluding situations when required by law, will not disclose or share individual personal information to third parties that do not have purpose of use indicated without your consent.
However, in the following situations, we may share various information as defined in the previous section as personal information by sending documents or through electronic/electromagnetic methods to third parties.
(1) In the case that disclosure of payment information to related parties is necessary
(2) In the case when it is necessary for the shipment of products, etc. or procedures for packages to pass customs
(3) Disclosure of user and sales information for the purpose of improving our service to third party partner companies
(4) In the case that our business or part of our service is entrusted to a third party
(5) Disclosure of information in the case of a company merger, transfer of business, or other reasons for a succession of business to the inheriting party
(6) When required to in accordance with personal information protection laws, or other laws
Cookies
Cookies are text files placed on your computer’s browser to collect standard internet log information and visitor behaviour information. This information is used to track visitor use of the website and to compile statistical reports on website activity. Refund Policy
Your general rights include: Goods are as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.
You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days of the day after receipt. Failure to do so within this period will constitute acceptance of the goods. Please inform us of any issues by phone +264 81 205 6507 or email amorey@iway.na. We may be able to resolve these with a simple phone call!
To cancel within 7 working days of the day after receipt of the goods you must contact us by email or by phone.
On Receipt of your Goods
Examine your goods to check they are as ordered. Bear in mind that your plants will have been in an alien environment during their transit and need time to readjust after their journey. There may be some compost spillage. If you believe the plants are in an unsatisfactory condition please contact us immediately. We may ask you to send a digital photo of them so we can make an accurate assessment.
If you wish to return goods for an exchange or refund the following applies:
1. Return using similar quality packaging to that in which you received the goods.
2. Enclose order details e.g. a copy of the invoice/receipt sent with your order.
3. Goods should arrive with us in the same condition they arrived with you. You are responsible for them from receipt to their return to us, so you must take reasonable care of them. We have a right of action against customers for any breach of their statutory duty to take reasonable care. Plants are perishable goods so they should be returned to us within the same time period as we sent them to you e.g. if we sent them on an overnight carrier they should be returned to us using an overnight service.
4. Any refund offered will be for the cost of the goods as sold to you and the original delivery cost from us to you. It does not include the cost of you returning the goods to us, that cost must be borne by you, unless the goods are substitutes, in poor condition or don’t comply with the contract of sale.
5. We will be happy to provide an exchange or refund within 30 days of cancellation. This applies even if the goods are not returned to us, although it would be good manners to return them and we may bring a claim for damages for breach of contract if they are not returned.
6. Refunds for returns can only be made using the same credit card, debit card or payment type as you used to purchase the goods.
